Plan Your Next Trip

Looking for an unforgettable Pacific Northwest golf experience? Below is a list of our local recommendations to help you plan your next trip. For guests flying in from out-of-state, the nearest major airport is Sea-Tac International Airport, which is about 45 min from Chambers Bay.

GOLF

What makes a golf trip unforgettable?

Checking off one of America’s 100 greatest public courses (Golf Digest)! Enjoy the tawny fescue grasses, towering sand dunes, massive fairways, and breathtaking views of the Puget Sound as Chambers Bay brings the traditions of Scottish linksland to the Pacific Northwest. Follow in the footsteps of champions and test your game at some of our other local favorite courses in the region: Gold Mountain Golf Club, The Home Course, and Lake Spanaway. Great partner rates are available and vary by season.

DINING

Our post-round eat and drink favorites.

Enjoy incredible views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains from the Chambers Bay patio while enjoying a post-round Score Beer. Take the group on the town later in the evening at some of our many favorite nightlife locations in the Tacoma area, including: Copper & Salt Northwest Kitchen, McMenamins Elk Temple, Ruston Way Waterfront, or the Tacoma Brewery District.

LODGING

Rest and recharge.

After a day on the links and a night on the town, rest easy with one of our great partners, many offering exclusive buddies trip rates. Partners include the Silver Cloud Inn (Tacoma Waterfront), Courtyard by Marriott (Downtown Tacoma), DuPont Hilton Brand hotels. We are excited to welcome new partners and welcome back partners with the reopening of the Hotel Murano and grand opening of the Silver Cloud Inn (Point Ruston). Smaller groups will enjoy the Chambers Bay Golf House hosted by one of our own golf professionals.

ADVENTURE

Explore the Pacific Northwest.

From the links, to the slopes, to the trails, to the card room; find additional activities to make your trip a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. If you like to explore the outdoors the Pacific Northwest has you covered. Start in our backyard with the trails at Chambers Creek Regional Park which surround the golf course. If you need more elevation take a day trip to Mt Rainier National Park or in the winter months test out the slopes of the Summit at Snoqualmie. Stand out and add a unique day trip to the Museum of Glass in Tacoma or test your luck at the brand new Emerald Queen Casino.
