A signed contract and deposit are required to secure a date. A non-refundable deposit of up to 25% of the contracted total is due at booking.
Can we bring our own vendors — photographer, florist, DJ?
Outside vendors are welcome. Chambers Bay has a curated Preferred Vendors list covering photographers, videographers, florists, DJs, bakers, officiants, and rental companies — all hand-selected to complement the venue. Vendors may access the facility for setup no more than two hours prior to your event unless prior arrangements have been made.
Can we take photos on the golf course?
The Central Meadow and surrounding Chambers Bay grounds are available for photography throughout your event day. For insurance and liability reasons, photography is not permitted on the golf course itself — though the views from the Pavilion and patio more than make up for it.
Are extended reception hours available beyond the standard six hours?
Yes — additional hours can be added at $450 per hour beyond the six-hour rental period. Note that setup, teardown, and ceremony time are not counted within the six hours.
Is there an option for a rehearsal dinner at Chambers Bay?
Yes. The uncovered patio at the Chambers Bay Grill seats 16 to 50 guests and offers the same sweeping views of the course, Puget Sound, and the Olympic Mountain range. It’s a natural choice for keeping your wedding weekend all in one place.
