Celebrate the Fourth at Chambers Bay
Golf in the morning. BBQ by night. Fireworks over the South Sound.
Make Chambers Bay part of your Fourth of July plans with two ways to celebrate. Tee it up in the Red, White & Blue Shamble, a 2-person holiday tournament on a U.S. Open-tested course, or join us later for BBQ on the Deck, open to golfers, families, friends, and the community.
Celebrate your way: compete in the morning, gather for dinner in the evening, or make the most of both.

Event FAQ
What kinds of events does Chambers Bay host?
Chambers Bay hosts two types of events: public golf and social events open to all, and private events hosted by outside groups. Public events include recurring signature tournaments, social golf formats, and community gatherings. Private events range from corporate golf outings and charity tournaments to birthdays, company parties, and other celebrations — with flexible spaces accommodating 12 to 200+ guests.
What recurring public events should I know about?
The annual calendar includes several signature events worth putting on your radar. The Pacific Northwest Invitational (PNI) is a three-day, 2-Person Best Ball tournament that sold out in 2025 — September 18–20, 2026. The Puget Sound Amateur is a marquee competitive event in the fall. Throughout the year, a series of social golf events runs regularly, including Wine & 9 ($50), 7 & 7 Seas ($45), and Social 6 ($40) — each combining a short loop with a local tasting and 15% off at the Grill after play. Thursday Evening Skins is a weekly 9-hole public event with Gross and Net divisions, with members receiving early registration access. Full event listings and registration links are on the Events page.
How do I register for the Pacific Northwest Invitational?
The PNI sold out in 2025 and demand is expected to be equally strong in 2026. The best way to make sure you don’t miss it is to join the Chambers Bay email list — registration announcements go to subscribers first.
Is the PNI open to all golfers, or is it invitation only?
The PNI is open to all golfers and played as a 2-Person Best Ball format — no invitation required.
How do I book a corporate golf outing or private group event?
Groups of 12 or more can book a golf outing up to one year in advance. Fill out the Golf Outing Inquiry Form on the Events page and a member of the sales team will be in touch to help with tee time arrangements, format, and catering. For non-golf private events — corporate parties, birthdays, celebrations — use the Host an Event inquiry form and the events team will walk you through available spaces and packages.
What private event spaces are available, and how many guests can they accommodate?
Chambers Bay’s event spaces can accommodate between 12 and 200+ guests depending on the format and time of year. For detailed capacity, catering, and venue information, visit the Weddings & Events page or submit a hosting inquiry — the events team will match you with the right space for your group and occasion.
How do I stay informed about upcoming events and make sure I don't miss registration?
The Events page is updated regularly with new listings and registration links. For the fastest access — especially for sell-out events like the PNI and holiday shambles — sign up for the Chambers Bay email list to receive announcements as soon as registration opens.
